Ovo je recept na koji sam oduvijek bila ponosna jer se
iza njega krije jedna mala povijest vezana za moje putovanje u Italiju prije
par godina.
Cannellone sam prvi puta probala na svom putu u malom
odmaralištu u blizini grada Lido di Jasolo i odmah sam ih zavoljela.
Zaluđena s talijanskom hranom, otrčala sam u kuhinju i
pitala kuhara za recept.
Donosim Vam svoj, malo izmijenjen recept po kojem ih uvijek radim (i vjerujte kad vam kažem da ih je i najveći vegetarijanac kojeg poznajem probao!)
Potrebni sastojci (za 2 osobe):
8 komada tjestenine za Cannellone
200 g miješanog mljevenog mesa
250 g umaka od rajčica iz tetrapaka
50 g maslaca
1 glavica luka
1 žličica svježeg origana (listići)
8 kriški Mozzarelle ( ili oko 100 g Goude)
prstohvat-dva soli
šareni papar
maslinovo ulje
Priprema:
Na maslinovom ulju popržite sitno sjeckani luk pa dodajte
mljeveno meso.
Meso popržite dok ne uhvati boju, a potom dodajte sol,
papar, origano te oko tri žlice umaka od rajčica. Ostavite sa strane da se malo
ohladi.
Cannellone napunite mljevenim mesom (nemojte previše
stiskati meso da ne bi bili pretvrdi).
Posudice za pečenje (vatrostalne, keramičke ili
porculanske) premažite s malo maslinovog ulja, dno prekrijte s polovicom umaka
od rajčica pa poslažite Cannellone jedne do drugih. Izuzetno je važno da
Cannellone ne slažete jedne preko drugih jer će se tjestenina zalijepiti kada
omekša.
S ostatkom umaka prelijte Cannellone po vrhu pazeći da ih
dobro prekrijete jer će u suprotnom ostati tvrdi.
Po umaku poslažite kriške Mozzarelle ili ribane Goude te
maslac narezan na listiće.
Pecite u unaprijed zagrijanoj pećnici oko 30 minuta na
180°C.

Cannelloni
This is a recipe I have always been proud, because
behind it lies a little history regarding my trip to Italy a few years ago.
I first tried Cannelloni in a small resort near the town of Lido di
Jaso in Italy, and I immediately fell in love with them.

Necessary Ingredients (serves 2):
8 pieces of Cannelloni pasta
200 g minced meat
250 g tomato sauce
50 g butter
1 onion
1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves
8 thin slices Mozzarella cheese
pinch of salt and pepper
olive oil

Fry in the olive oil chopped onions cutted into small cubes, add
the minced meat.
Fry meat until it catches the color. Add salt, pepper, oregano, and about three tablespoons of tomato sauce. Set aside to cool slightly.
Fill the row cannelloni pasta with minced meat (do not squeeze meat too hard).
Brush the baking dish with olive oil, cover the bottom with half amount of the tomato sauce and arrange Cannelloni next to each other.
Pour over the top of Cannelloni pasta the rest of the tomato sauce, making sure they are good cover, otherwise it will remain hard during baking time.
On the top arrange slices of mozzarella or grated Gouda cheese. Add some cutted butter slices on top.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 F (180°C).

Joj, medenih li posudica! Kao šećer su, a tek kanelone u njima, pa ne znam šta je lepše. Pravi italijanski recept, sa dobrim namirnicama. Evo sita sam gledajući slike!
