Potrebni sastojci:
6 većih naranči
1 limun
3 banane
600 g kristal šećera
20 g limunske kiseline
1/2 litre vode
2 žlice whiskeya
Priprema:
Naranče, banane i limun oguliti i skinuti bijelu koricu.
Narezati na kockice.
Voće staviti u lonac pa uliti 1/2 litre vode.
Kada tekućina provrije, poklopite i kuhajte 30 minuta na laganoj vatri povremeno
miješajući.
Nakon 30 minuta voće usitnite štapnim mikserom te dodajte šećer i whiskey.
Kuhajte voće još 1 sat da se zgusne.
Ulijte džem u sterilizirane staklenke, pa još otvorene
stavite u pećnicu na 100°C oko 50 minuta (vrata pećnice ostavite malkice
otvorena) da džem uhvati koricu.
Staklenke odmah zatvorite pa ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi
da se ohlade.
Pospremite na tamno mjesto.
Servirajte uz palačinke.

Sunny Jam (Orange & Banana Jam with whiskey)
Necessary ingredients:
6 large oranges
1 lemon
3 bananas

20 g citric acid
500 ml water
2 tbsp Whiskey

Preparation:
Peel and remove the white rind from the oranges, bananas and lemon. Cut into small cubes.
Put fruits in a pot and pour over 500 ml cold water.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes, stirr occasionally.
Chop fruits with hand blender, add sugar and whiskey.
Cook fruits for about 1 hour to thicken.
Pour jam into sterilized jars, and put open jars in the oven at 200 F (100°C) for about 50 minutes (leave oven door open just a little) to catch the zest jam.
Imediately close the jars and leave to cool at room temperature.
Keep in the dark place.

ReplyDeleteMajo, nisam veliki ljubitelj džemova, ali pored tvojih recepata polako u meni raste nagon da i ja zavrnem rukave. Ovaj viski je genijalan!Posudice su medene, ma sve je medeno!
ReplyDeleteMarmeladu od naranči sa viskijem radim i ona mi je jedna od omiljenijih, ali ovdje me definitivno jako zaintrigirala banana. Ovaj okus mora biti nešto posebno, džem divno izgleda ! ide na isprobavanje - odmah ! :)
ReplyDeleteuh, ovaj mi je predivan. Valjalo bi ga napraviti malo kasnije kad stignu sočne naranče. Jako mi se sviđa recept
