Recept (original) za malo malinasto iznenađenje spojeno s bogatim čokoladnim okusom koje nas je uveseljavalo proteklih par dana možete vidjeti na blogu La Tartine Gourmande.
Malo modificiranija verzija poznatog Francuskog deserta tako je pjenasta i topi se u ustima i bilo je baš šteta ne iskoristiti zadnje maline...
Čokoladni clafoutis s malinama i jabukama
(za 6 manjih ramekina)
Potrebni sastojci:

½ jabuke, oguljene i narezane na
manje komadiće

80 g svježih malina

60 g tamne čokolade, 70% kakaa

30 g mliječne čokolade, 40% kakaa

2 manja jaja

1 žlica maslaca, omekšanog

·
120 ml punomasnog mlijeka
....................................................................................................................................................
·
3 žlice Mascarpone sira

1 žličica kakaa u prahu,
nezaslađenog

1 žličica arome vanilije

2 žlice kristal šećera

2 žlice škrobnog brašna (gustin)

Priprema:
·
Zagrijte pećnicu
na 200°C.

Ramekine
premažite s malo otopljenog maslaca, a zatim ih iznutra pospite po dnu i
rubovima mješavinom 1 žličice kristal šećera i kakaa u prahu. Odstranite višak.

Zagrijte mlijeko
i Mascarpone sir. Ostavite sa strane.

Čokoladu otopite
s jednom žlicom maslaca na pari uz stalno miješanje. Ostavite sa strane.

Jaja istucite s
ostatkom šećera i arome vanilije dok ne postanu svijetlije boje. Dodajte
škrobno brašno, mlijeko i Mascarpone sir. Na kraju umiješajte otopljenu
čokoladu pa smjesu dobro izmiksajte da se svi sastojci spoje.

Smjesu
raspodjelite na 6 manjih ramekina, a po vrhu poslažite voće.

Pecite oko 20-25
minuta, pazeći da vam čokolada po vrhu ne zagori.

s svježim malinama i sladoledom od vanilije.

Raspberry, Apple and Chocolate Clafoutis
(makes 6 small ramekins)
You need:

½ apple, peeled and diced

80 g fresh raspberries

60 g dark chocolate, 70%
cocoa
....................................................................................................................................................

30 g milk chocolate, 40%
cocoa
....................................................................................................................................................

2 small eggs

·
1 tbsp butter, softened
....................................................................................................................................................
·
120 ml whole milk
....................................................................................................................................................
·
3 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
....................................................................................................................................................
·
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa

1 tsp vanilla essence
....................................................................................................................................................

2 tbsp granulated sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

Steps:
·
Preheat your oven
at 400 F (200°C).

Butter the
ramekins and coat it with mixture of 1 tsp granulated sugar and cocoa powder.
Remove excess.

Heat the milk
with the cream; set aside.

In a small bowl,
place the chocolate with 1 Tbsp butter. Melt over a pot of boiling water, set
aside.

In another bowl,
beat the eggs with the sugar until light, then add the vanilla extract. Mix in
the cornstarch, then the milk and cream. Add the melted chocolate, and mix
well.

Pour the mixture
into the ramekins and top with the diced fruit. Bake for about 20 to 25
minutes.

Serve lukewarm,
with fresh raspberries and vanilla ice cream.

Odlično! Maline u čokoladnom clafoutisu - moram probati. Samo, nije mi baš jasna uloga komadića jabuke u toj priči i nadam se da neću pogriješiti ako ih izostavim.

ReplyDeleteKombinacija malina i čokolade ne može da omane i u pravu si da treba iskoristiti poslednji nalet malina. Nisam još pravila ovu poslasticu, ali kad je vidim kod tebe moraću da probam.
